Below are the steps for installation of your VRF-

1. After receiving the order, indoor and outdoor placement drawings are prepared and are
confirmed and approved by the customer.

2. Piping layout is provided by the Mitsubishi Electric based on the approved drawing within 2-3
business days.

3. Considering the piping layout, T-joints are ordered from Mitsubishi Electric and takes 2-3
business days.

4. Floor wise marking and chiseling work is done within 2-3 days.

5. Indoor units will be marked by the electric contractor, so that proper electrical supply as well as
earthing is provided and individual switch/MCB to all the indoor and Outdoor units with as
confirmed by us.

6. Location of corded remote controllers to be finalised by customer, so that provision can be
made for wiring from indoor to remote controllers.

7. Support for copper Pipe and communication Cable has to be made on roof or side wall (3-4
Days).

8. Drain Pipe has to place and left above drain outlet, provided by customer for drain condensate
water (4-5 Days).Joining of drain pipe with trap is in customer scope.

9. Marking for grills of concealed type indoor unit will be provided. Breaking of wall with all
masonry work is under customer scope. (2-3 days).

10. Ducting work with hanging and placement will be done. (10-15 Days)

11. Sizes for grills or sample of grill will be providing to customer, in return making and placing of
wooden frame with masonry work for grills is in customer scope.

12. Customer has to make arrangement of plaster on inside walls.

13. After getting confirmation from customer i.e. plaster on wall has been done, we will lay down
our copper piping and communication cable based on piping layout.

14. Order to be placed at Mitsubishi Electric for Indoor units.

15. Indoor units have to be hanged or placed with canvas connection with ducting or grills. Marking
for Air tightens under false ceiling will be provided. Making and placing under false ceiling is in
customer scope.

16. Marking of trap door will be provided; making of Trap door is in customer scope.

17. While putting plaster on outside of wall customer has to inform us, so that we will install our
Header Pipe from outdoor unit.

18. All indoor will be pressurised by Nitrogen -580 psi for 48 hours for leak testing.

19. Order to be placed for outdoors and remote controllers to Mitsubishi Electric.

20. Final Commissioning will be done at customer site and Air conditioners are ready to use.
